How much will it cost to ship my order?
Orders are shipped via Purolator in Canada and with Fedex in the USA.
We ship ground within the continental United States (we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time, nor to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses) and Purolator ground within Canada.
Shipping costs are:
- $9.95 for all orders under $100
- FREE for all orders over $100*
* For Free Shipping - total order must reach $100.00 before all applicable taxes.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped out the following business day after you place your order.
For orders shipped via ground service, please allow up to 7-10 business days*.
Do you have faster shipping alternatives?
Continental United State:
- We offer UPS air 1-3 business day delivery.
- Rates for this method are $17.95.
Canada:
- We offer FedEx air 3 business day delivery.
- Rates for this method are $17.95.
*Note: A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. All shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year. (i.e. Christmas time, when shipping volumes are high) Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouses in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia and Mississauga, Ontario. US Orders are shipped from Blaine Washington and Chattanooga Tennesee.

We are currently not set up to accept international orders outside the continental US and Canada.

Ship-to Address:
A full ship-to address is required.
As we ship via UPS/FedEx, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes--you MUST have a non-P.O. Box street address to receive your order.
Failed Delivery:
If three delivery attempts have been made or 30 days elapses from the first attempt, then product is automatically returned to Sequel. If this occurs Sequel will provide you with a full refund on your order except for shipping fees. If at this time you wish for redelivery, you may reorder product from the Sequel website and pay shipping again.
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We ship all items together at one time. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.
* Note: We do not retain any of your credit card information. Should you need to modify or cancel your order we will require credit card information at that time.
